The main objectives of this work package is to transfer and qualify immunological assays and sample processing technologies for the assessment of immune responses to InvaplexAR-Detox by:

• Production, qualification and distribution of immunoassay antigens and reagents

• Transfer of assay for detection of antibody response in serum samples

• Collection, processing and archiving of samples for detection of intestinal mucosal response

• Transfer of S. flexneri 2a-specific serum bactericidal assay
